Keys to becoming a great basketball player!
- Set-up a practice schedule. (3 days per week, 30-60 minutes per session). Work on your individual game, on your own time.
- Spend the first 5 minutes working on shooting, every time. Then pick two other focuses, such as: Left hand layups and triple threat. Spend 10 minutes on each skill.
- Keep Track, and log the time spent practicing. (Use apps such as 'Habits' on Android, or get a notebook from the dollar store)
- Shooting, Lay-Ups, Triple Threat, Dribbling, Post Up
